Most agents don’t actually know where or how your listed home gets distribution online. WE DO!!! Your home will get distribution via traditional mean through the MLS, email, and potential traditional mail. Data is then scraped from the MLS and distributed out to secondary and third party vendors. This is usually the extent of most agents reach. Again, every property is unique in it’s character and location. Distribution of a property may need to be directed at other vendors or a specific demographic.
