Ethan Paul was born and raised in The Borough of Bay Head. He is a true lifelong resident of the Jersey Shore. This is something many people claim, but truth be told if you didn’t learn to swim in the ocean before you could walk, well you really aren’t from the…. BEACH!
His family has always been active members in the community. Ethan’s father was a longtime councilman and two term Mayor of Bay Head while his mother founded the Bay Head Historical Society which he aided in his youth. He has been an ocean lifeguard since 16 years of age and still competes in surfboat competitions, which he trains for year round on the water; even with the ice! Ethan has also worked as an adjunct instructor with the Zodiac Maritime Academy. He taught Tactical Rescue Operations to various local police, fire, EMS, and military personal with Rigid Hull Inflatable Craft.
Ethan received Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Studies from Randolph-Macon College in 2001 graduating with honors as a member of Pi Sigma AlphaNational Political Science Honors Society.
Ethan enter the real estate profession in 2004.
